These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the Olfee Studio website www.olfeestudio.com and apply to all orders placed through the online store.
By using our website or placing an order, you accept these terms.
Olfee Studio reserves the right to modify information, content and general conditions of use at any time, updating its website in order to improve its usability.
PRODUCTS AND PRICES
The Olfee Studio website www.olfeestudio.com provides information regarding the main characteristics of our products through descriptions and photographs that demonstrate our products in detail. We have made every effort to ensure that the colors and images of our products are accurate, however they may vary depending on the monitor and technology used by each user.
The items available on the website have limited stock and therefore may be subject to availability fluctuations without prior notice. All prices are indicated in euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal. Olfee Studio reserves the right to change prices, information, promotions and sales conditions at any time.
ORDERS
OLFEE is proud to be a conscious production brand, so all our pieces are produced after the order and payment have been successfully made. We estimate approximately 5 business days for production, however, slight delays may occur depending on the demand for orders.
Our commitment is a maximum period of 15 days from the date of your order until it is delivered to your home (national territory).
After production is complete, the order is sent by registered mail, with the customer notified via email.

** Taxes, local import fees and customs charges may be charged to the customer when the order arrives at its destination.
OLFEE is not responsible for any delays that may occur in the delivery of orders resulting from conditions external to the brand. These delivery times are indicative, and the final delivery time is the responsibility of the postal service (CTT). The times do not include customs clearance time, if necessary.
Indicating an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in the order being returned to OLFEE. Orders returned to the sender will only be sent again after payment of the shipping costs.
RETURNS
We work with limited productions, made in small quantities, which makes each piece special and exclusive. For this reason, we do not offer exchanges .
We count on your understanding and are available to help with any questions before purchasing.
However, if the customer is not satisfied or the item(s) have any type of defect, OLFEE accepts the return for a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days. from the date of receipt of the article.
For returns, the item(s) must be in perfect condition, as sent to the customer: without signs of use, maintaining original characteristics and intact labels.
The cost of return is the responsibility of the customer, except for defective parts or shipping errors by OLFEE.
We recommend that products be sent to us by courier or registered mail.
Once the returned product has been received, OLFEE will analyze its condition and, when applicable, will refund the amount paid for the item(s) within a maximum period of 10 (ten) business days.

Olfee Studio is not responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products or its digital platform, namely loss of data, profits or business interruption.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of Olfee Studio or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Its reproduction or use without prior authorization is prohibited.
DATA PROTECTION
Personal data provided by customers is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be the court of the consumer's district of residence, in accordance with the applicable legislation. In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity. See www.consumidor.gov.pt for more information.
